Getting around deviantArt! Finally.

I have been feeling weird lately...hummm as usual. What has been disturbing me the most if the way social networks are "bitting their own tail", it is a french expression and I am not sure it really translate in english but basically, FB and such has become so packed that no one is paying attention to what other says, even their close friends, and every one is starting to monologue or plain stop posting. Sure when you have 2500 friends, your feed must be a crappy mess. So what to do? Send private message, also called e-mail in the old times to reach someone or get his/her attention. My business needs promotion. I don't.

Hopefully a platform like DeviantArt will allow me to have a minimum of interaction with like-minded people (basically artistic freaks lol).

Just I know Hope is dangerous, and ancient Greek were considering it like something really negative. Hence Pandora box.

I have been working a lot lately and it took me several day to get a "consistent" deviantArt, so I hope! There is something I can't manage to do though. Maybe someone will be able to help me. Is it possible to add a picture to your the id part? And how? I have seen people doing it, and there is a drop down menu but I cannot find what is where. Or where is what...

Another thing: do you see my pictures as dark on your monitor? I checked scales and so on with mine, but I run into 2 persons or 3 (in 3 years of time) telling me my photography were too dark.
